Recruitment and promotion are undertaken by maintaining all the fundamental outline procedures prescribed by BMDC, ensuring transparency, fairness, and merit-based decision-making.
Recruitment Procedures
- Job Advertisement: Job vacancies are announced internally and externally through newspapers with detailed instructions regarding application procedures and required documents.
- Screening: Applications are carefully reviewed and candidates are shortlisted according to predefined eligibility criteria.
- Formation of Board & Interviews: Interview boards or panels are formed, and interviews are conducted following standardized evaluation guidelines.
- Selection & Approval: Candidates are selected based on qualifications, skills, and experience, with final approval granted by the Governing Body.
Promotion Procedures
- Eligibility: Employees must meet specific criteria including performance, tenure, academic qualifications, and skill development.
- Announcement: Promotion opportunities are formally announced and communicated to eligible employees.
- Application: Eligible employees submit formal applications for promotion consideration.
- Evaluation & Decision: Performance reviews, skill assessments, and interviews are conducted. Final decisions are submitted to the Governing Body for approval.
