Guidelines to ensure discipline, professionalism, and a respectful academic environment at CIMC.
Student Conduct Rules
1.All students must abide by the rules and regulations of the institution.
2.No student or group shall form any society, association, or organization.
3.No outsider may be invited without prior permission of the authority.
4.Posters, pamphlets, or banners are strictly prohibited on walls.
5.Playing or loitering during teaching hours is prohibited.
6.No programs, picnics, concerts, or sports events without written permission.
7.Students are not allowed to collect money for any purpose.
8.College ID card must be displayed at all times within the campus.
9.Any scientific or literary publication requires prior approval.
10.Students are not allowed to address media or national press.
11.Communication with higher authorities must follow proper channels.
12.Smoking, pan chewing, littering, spitting are strictly prohibited.
13.Restricted areas cannot be entered without permission.
Dress Code
- Students must strictly follow the institute dress code.
- White coat with CIMC name & logo tag is mandatory on campus.
- Decent shoes or sandals are required; slippers are not allowed.
- Violation of dress code may result in denial of entry and disciplinary action.
Disciplinary Action
A student shall be liable for disciplinary action if he/she:
1.Misbehaves or quarrels with teachers or staff.
2.Is generally disobedient.
3.Spreads false rumors.
4.Uses inappropriate or filthy language.
5.Incites other students to violence.
6.Is inappropriately dressed.
7.Fights or quarrels with fellow students.
8.Raises slogans that hurt others politically or religiously.
9.Interferes with administration or examination schedules.
10.Indulges in acts of immorality.
11.Engages in political activities or displays posters/cards.
Compliance with the Student Code & Conducts is mandatory for maintaining discipline, professionalism, and a healthy academic environment at CIMC.
