Admission Criteria

Eligibility requirements for MBBS admission according to Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) Admission Policy 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicant must be a Bangladeshi citizen. Foreign students must apply through government-approved quota and procedure.

Minimum age must be 17 years on or before 31st December of the admission year.

Science background with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology is mandatory.

SSC and HSC (or equivalent) examinations must be passed.
Physics, Chemistry, and Biology must be compulsory subjects.
Minimum GPA requirements will be set by the Government for the respective admission year.
Minimum GPA in Biology is mandatory as per BMDC policy.
GPA is calculated excluding optional subjects.

• Admission follows centralized merit and quota system.

• Candidates must be medically fit as per government rules.

• Providing false or incorrect information may lead to cancellation of admission.

• All admissions are subject to BMDC and Ministry of Health approval.
