Students Mental Health Support

Promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and a stigma-free environment for every CIMC student.

At CIMC, we strive to create an environment where mental health is openly discussed to reduce stigma and encourage help-seeking behavior. Preventive measures are in place to promote good mental health and overall well-being among our students.

Role of the Department of Psychiatry

The Department of Psychiatry, CIMCH plays a major role in maintaining the sound mental health of medical students. We help students manage emotions effectively, enhance resilience, and develop the ability to navigate difficult academic and personal situations with confidence.

Our support also focuses on developing interpersonal skills, communication skills, and conflict resolution strategies—improving relationships with peers, teachers, and others.
