Purpose of the Committee
The Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee (SHPC) of Chattagram International Medical College (CIMC) is constituted to prevent sexual harassment, ensure gender equity, and promote a safe and inclusive environment for students, faculty, staff, and all stakeholders.
The committee functions in accordance with national regulations, institutional policies, and Quality Assurance principles, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and due process in all matters.
Key Responsibilities
Prevent sexual harassment through awareness and policy enforcement
Receive and review complaints with confidentiality
Ensure impartial inquiry and fair resolution
Recommend corrective and preventive measures
Promote gender sensitivity and respectful behavior
Ensure a safe learning and working environment
